if you are being given one week to live; what would be your priorities?

if someone would tell you from an apparition of creature you saw that you will being given one week to live, what you should do. for me, if it is true, i will repent my sins maybe through this i can get into heaven ;D. then all the possession in life which i have will be planned to be given after death (yikes-scary thought). those who joined in my nights, i want them to be happy, no mourning should be made. afterall, we will really pass in this world but truthfully it is really scary to think that your death is nearly approaching. gosh!

if you tell a little girl that she will die in seven days, what would you expect that she will do? likely she will just play, eat and do her everyday routine without stress. she is not afraid of dying. isn't it good for us to live the same way as the little child? why repentance always comes at the end?

but to say, human are made to err, intentionally or not. committing mistakes are part of our lives, whether we like it or not. no one is perfect except Jesus. well, that is how i am gonna spend my left time; i will bound myself or devote my time in praying and resenting. maybe God will forgive us like that. i will let my love ones feel how i truly love them. thanks again.

If I will be given only one week to live, I'll spend it with the people I love the most and the people who makes me happy. I will forget all about the material things and the things that I have been desiring all my life such as wealth and success and I would rather stay close and get closer to all my loved ones. That's the best way to spend my last week.

right at that. you was born with nothing and you will die with nothing also. earth is our temporary refuge as our toll gate to get ourselves to the next phase of living and hoping that is in heaven. forget the rest, pray and repent, show your love to anyone especially your love ones and such alike works of aimed and dreamed salvation. thanks for joining in here ;)

Just like you. I would ask for forgiveness and apologize for my mistakes in the past. I will not waste time. I will do as much good and useful to as many people. Eating and sleeping is not important anymore. If tired, I play guitar and sing ..... about heaven. (Who knew there was an angel who likes to hear and to invite a band in heaven).

haha! that is a bit funny, isn't it. oh well, if someone would hear you down, it is hot in there, better have two business in there: playing the band and selling aircon

oh yes, since it would be our final week, let us better do our part. let us do unusual things we do not able to do during our strongest self. at least, even you will disappear on earth, you are leaving something remarkable that your friends would remember. thanks for the thought :)

A week is not a very long time but i would would like to make as many amnends as i could. i would want to right all of the wrongs that i could in my life. it would greatly ease my conscience.

use the most valuable out from the left days so to say. correcting your faults, spending it with your loved ones, collecting happy moments, asking forgiveness, repentance etc. are the best thing to do to make your life organized maybe you will be given a chance to stay in heaven. thanks for posting in here.

yeah that kind of scheme is one of the nicest thing to do within your left weeks of living here on earth. since they keep on telling that when we die, our body turns to ashes and it is our soul who face the consequences while on earth. then, at least if we cannot feel and think anything while we live with them, at least, you are giving the best of you for them to keep worth remembering because you cannot touch them anymore and tell them how much you love and care.

if i would be given only 1 week to live, i would spend it with my loved ones. i will spent my remaining days telling them how much i love them. i would do the activities i have been wanting to do. at the same time i will arrange or prepare everything that is needed for my burial so that it would be easy for my loved ones. if i still have time left, i would go to places that i've been wanting to go to.

most of the answers here would tell that they would spend their left days along with their loved ones. yes, it is because, the thought that we cannot live with them anymore would let you miss them at the moment.
good practicality that arranging your burial beforehand not to give them much burden during that day. make the last days happy and memorable. thanks

If that creature is dressed in a doctors suit, then I would probably take it seriously.lol. But for me, living each day by simply telling my loved ones how much I loved them or missed them while I was at work is already a fulfillment and assurance that they knew that I really loved them. If given a week to live, then i would still do the things I've done on an ordinary day. Live one day at a time like there no tomorrow.

haha... we are not certain with our life but good for you that even to your ordinary days, you spent it with meaning. expressing your feelings to them is a meaningful treat with no equal price. but for me, i will do better more than i excelled doing when my time to live has no limit yet. i dreamed of heaven, well at least, as what i believed its existence. thanks for replying in here :)
