I think the best way to go is natural be it regarding health and beauty. Going natural has no side effects. While if you opt to go under the knife to improve your appearance, you don't know what will happen after surgery, you can have infection or you may not be satisfied with what the doctor has done and then you'll opt for another operation to correct the previous one. Before you know it, there's no stopping. While going natural like buyinghealthy foods are available and they are cheap.

very well said Axai2012 nothing can defeat natural procedures and way of living in terms of eating, lifestyle, skin care anything related because as what I have said from my previous blog about modernization, human beings are well fitted to natural environment which we really are.

I personally would much rather natural health and beauty , as you said they both comes with advantages and disadvantages . Sometimes our natural beauty is not beautiful to most and then we try to change it to blend in, instead of standing out .
These product can do more harm than good in the long run .

I don't think that there is anything more beautiful than being natural without wearing make up, but that doesn't mean that I have anything against those people who would choose to wear it. If you wear it properly, you shouldn't be able to tell that you've got anything on at all, and that is why a lot of people think that make up is bad because they only notice it when people are wearing it wrong. Personally, I don't wear make up because I don't feel as though it's something that I need, and I don't think that this is going to change at any point in the near future.

I prefer natural beauty. Make up is quite disturbing for me. It disgusts me when I see people using it at a very young age, not like toddlers who find it and use it out of curiosity and end up looking like a clown :D, but kids at the age of 9. Honestly, what are they thinking? Well I guess they weren't really thinking it was the media with the "ideal" looks.

Hello mathewnuevo!
Although there are a lot of artificial ways to enhance health and beauty, I still prefer that natural one. When you see women or women use artificial ways to enhance, then they lose their natural beauty. And over time, these products can harm your body too.
