Egg is my most favorite food item in my lunch. I am fond of eating chicken egg on all days. However, some people warn me on eating egg daily since it could cause some health issues during later part of the life. Do you support these people's statement.
Also, Yesterday I took quail egg which is delicious to eat as omelet. What do you think about this.? Which type of egg is best for our health?

I also eat egg but not too often. It has a high cholesterol content. I know egg is great for eyes. Well, too much of anything is not good. Just eat moderately.

I do not eat eggs, but I like eggs very much as it can be cooked with a lot of different vegetables like tomatoes, leek and so on. It can be cooked differently. I love eggs whatever kind of ways it is cooked. I think egg is good for us if we do not overeat it.

I also love eggs especially when its hard boiled or just fried egg. Unlike pork, we can eat up much egg without being bothered about our health conditions.

Egg is considered a "superfood". It is encouraged to eat them once or more a day because of its many health benefits. Latest research say that eating eggs once a day has no effect on cholesterol level or high risk for heart disease. In fact it helps in weight management and dieting. Look it up on this link for more good news about eggs www.childalert.co.uk/article.php?articles_id=113. Enjoy your eggs!

Boiled eggs are very easy to do. I don't like them very much though; unless they are soft-boiled. I like to spreading the yolk in my bread. hihihi...

I love love love eating eggs. I don't mind having them every day for breakfast. I'd go for the regular chicken eggs. I find quail eggs, though they seem small and harmless, have loads of fats in them. Plus, just 1 tiny egg wouldn't suffice!haha!

Hi Manasha! Yes, they are! But they're too rich for me. I still prefer the normal chicken eggs. Once a day is good enough.
