Hi everybody, how are you?
I was facebooking, and a friend of me post a pic that shows -in my point of view- a enormous truth.
Sometimes we think that we must do things to get happines, and I think that the idea is to have fun in whatever we do. Everyone want to be happy.
What do you think about the phrase? Which is your meaning of happiness?
Happy mylotting!
Have a great day!

I really loved the phrase. It has so much of depth in it. Yes happiness is not the destination but a way of life as life is all about ups and downs.
Happiness for me is when i have accomplished my goals and aspirations and when i see others around me happy and content.

I agree that happiness is not a destination. It's an emotional place where we can spend time.
I also believe that each person is responsible for their own happiness and that it never makes sense to expect someone else to make or keep us happy.

Life is very short and we all should be happy about something every day. People that smile and act happy do seem to enjoy life a lot more. I do like the title of this topic one we should all find some joy in now. I'm headed outside to look at my blooming flowers, which make me happy.

Because my life is filled with sadness. I make my happiness is the goal of life. I am trying to solve all the problems that make me sad, but I expected was not achieved. I can not reach my goal to be happy. I also do not know, happy as what I want.
But, now I am not trying to achieve happiness. But I am grateful with what is in me. With grateful, I started to feel happy. I no longer look happy, but enjoying what there is in me, and strive to continue to grateful.

It is true that happiness isn't a destination, we have so many places to go, places to be and places to visit, so it is quite unfathomable to me, why people qualify happiness as a destination, if it is then we will never get there, because it continues to change, whenever we visit a place we so much desire to visit and find out that it doesn't meet up to our expectation. For example, Paris compared to Rome.
For me, I see happiness as always being joyful whenever am having that so much deserved time off, having fun with fun friends and family, spending quality time together. I also have that joy when I fulfill my needs in life, having to achive a lot when am into a task or job, it so much puts a smile on my face to see my bank account grow because there no need or destination I couldn't be when I want to, the fun is limitless and my happiness therefore becomes limitless.

I agree with you that we must have fun in all of what we do. We should always smile in every problem rather than being sad all day thinking about it. What I learned from my sister that smiling is the best for all time. You know that you are thinking in a positive way, not the other way around.
Happiness can be achieved if you released all your anger, sorrows , pains and all darkness inside of you. You need to look for the light to brighten up your way.
I realized that thing when my brother and my sister told me that every time they see me walking around the school, my face always in a sad emotion. I always been depressed with all my subjects because I need to do all the assignment in the right time rather giving it late. Then my sister gave me a tip that I should always smile if there are problems around because that would let me feel free and calm because I will know that after everything it would be fine.

You are correct there my friend because even if the place is not a welcoming one you can still enjoy and be happy with your friends and love ones.Destination is only for your eyes to behold ,yet happiness is in the ways you like it to be enjoyed and cheered up.
