I really want to relax before I start studying for our midterm exams. I want to loose my nerves first before I start to be stressed again. hahaha! We know that being a student is not the most relaxing status to have. I need some suggestions.
Any suggestions on how may I be able to relax effectively?
Thank you!

Well in order to de-stress yourself before exams first of all make yourself free from all the pending works and assignments otherwise they will start haunting you during the exams. Secondly make yourself mentally prepared before taking up the final preparations so that we will not get nervous any time during the course of your preparations.
What say?

First of all you must have a plan, that is a time plan only then you will relax. In order to complete all your task in time and complete your revision make a time plan so that you do not miss anything. Of course you should take short breaks in between. Try also breathing techniques. Breathe-in and breathe-out deeply for ten minutes then relax your body while closing your eyes. This will help you. Goodluck for your exam.

Well i know that exams can really take a toll on you but that time doesn't last forever but it does seems like forever. So to get a relief from stress for that time you can prepare a time table which keep you organised.Try listening to music or meditating a bit when you're on a break.Go out for a walk after hours of studying, thats really relaxing.
