First you can start by asking your cousin's budget about the wedding so that you have an idea for what kinds of food, hotel, hall and etc. that you going to order and reserve. Second ask for the guest list or estimated guest for wedding so that you can select or choose the best place/hall that can accommodate the numbers of guest. From there it will be easy for you to do the other things since you already have an idea for the budget and guest list. Also look for the hotels whose offering special packages for wedding event including foods, cakes, reception area, souvenirs,games, music, and decorations so that you accomplished your responsibility very well.
