Well I just finished reading my first book on my kindle my mom gave me. I thought at first I was not going to like it because it is so touchy but I got use to it.The part I like about reading on it compared to reading paper books is the reading is faster on a kindle they go by percentage not page numbers.

I actually like that it goes in percentage instead of page numbers I think it makes it go a lot faster. I still buy paper books as well just not as much now that I got my kindle.

I do not have a Kindle, but I downloaded it to my iPad and I'm so loving it. So much that I also downloaded the application in my iTouch and mac book. I love having all those books in one single tablet. Its like having my whole library in one. But of course I still love my collection of physical books.

I agree with I still like my collection of paper books as well. I just went to my library set and requested a whole bunch more books for my kindle can't wait for them to come in. I like it so much I am thinking of getting my daughter one.

While I do not own an e-reader, I have seen other people use them, and I think it is an interesting alternative to a physical book. I, like you, feel that there is some value lost when going through a book on an e-reader instead of holding it, but I also acknowledge the fact that e-readers have come a long way and have many features built in that make the book reading experience more enjoyable.

At first I did not know if I was going to like it but I got use to it and love it. I will still read a paper book but probably not as often as my kindle. I like the fact that you can finish a book faster on it than what you can a regular book.I also like that when you shut it off it saves where you are at.
