what is that kind of policy that computer shop is raising up to their consumers? gosh, if i knew it all, that when referring back their item because something has to be repaired of or to detect the broken part - i will never get in there to buy computer at their shop - why so happened we need to pay charges for it, that it is still under their warranty. they do not render a good servicing - gee. they are very annoying.

The manufactures and sellers have many ways, like guarantee and warranty, recently our washing machine malfunctioned, it has 2 years warranty, the defective part was replaced but i had to pay some charges..

yes, because my digi cam has a defect already and i had been given warning by the company to ask for charges if the broken parts need replacement. but glad it was returned by me like a brand new and no charges at all or else i will really cry for i do not have any budget for such payment of that. thanks

this is a sad story indeed. what i understand about giving that warranty is that if your device is under the said policy, the company will repair the problem at no cost to you, provided the problem is covered under warranty rules.you can review the warranty contract or if the staff is still refusing to do so, you may report them to DTI.

you know this shop ma'am ivs. it can just be located along the city. i really have complains about their services being rendered. this incident was already second in the row - first it was the printer. we also being asked of charges about that, then this cpu.

if this happens to you just complain to any government facility that covers the rights of consumers. just like here in our country there is DTI that act as a police and watchers to sellers and consumers. i think if you bought the computer and you signed a paper that states the warranty, just insist it to the shop you have the right to complain.

i will really tell it to the DTI. that is overcharging. they are being abusive with it. i guess they do it for commission purposes. but it should not be that way. what is right is to change the item with new one. they will really have time for that. tomorrow we'll fix it.
thanks for the reply

oH I never bought any product only except for books that have 30 days replacement warranty. Buying electronic product out of online store is a risk as I don't know what kind of product they are going to send me when I just look at an image of a good product. I learned about such problems in online digital forums where people buy product online and in next 60 days they have to either buy new or they just have to pay for its repair even if its under warranty.

oh yes, it is hard to purchase a product online. we are not certain the quality they will be able to send to us. life is hard this day. its hard to earn money too, then all the sudden, it will just turn to nothing and useless. they should offer durable items and good quality so that they can have lots of costumers because of the tested products - thanks

but felt bad with these people who are usurers of their benefit. i must admit that they are annoying and that if i will complain to in a certain agency who are concerning this matter, but that is so tiring thing to do. i learned a lesson from them, if have anything to buy, i do not want to get back in their store.
thanks :)
