I spend a day in a seashore today, just having a little escape from a stressful world in a city. I was just listening to the seashore sound and gradually it makes me relax and it brings back my enjoyable memories and it help me reduced my stress. Thanks to mother nature for this relaxing moment!

How nice! I couldn't go to the beach as often as i want to though i am such a beach bum. Especially now that my son is prohibited from swimming because of his surgery, i have to wait for a couple of months before we could finally swim again and enjoy the beach.
The sound of water is really relaxing. I have this application downloaded on my iPad which allows me to choose between different sounds to help me relax and one of them is the sound of the gushing water from the waterfall. Another is a night see breeze. I use that application whenever i'm stressed or couldn't sleep at all.

I live around three miles from the sea shore. I find it very relaxing and calming to walk along the sea shore at the rural beach called Sand Bay. I like listening to the waves splashing at the seashore. I enjoy looking at some picturesque sea views. I also say thank you to wonderful Mother Nature for making beautiful looking beaches. I am glad you had a relaxing moment away from the busy city.

Hello grenzy,
Great you went to seashore. Really when you bring out time for yourself in such stressful and busy schedule and do nothing, no bosses, no workload, no target just only YOU its feels awesome. I don't have seashore in city I put up but always like to go. The breeze and its sound helps you re-energize yourself and makes you day. Have a peaceful day :)

Oh the seashore! How lucky you were to be able to experience that! I envy you. I've seen just photos of the ocean from various websites and films. Nature is the only place to really relax at times. You get so refreshed and become refreshed so quickly! Wonderful that you had that experience!

Yes, it is quite relaxing laying down on a seashore and pondering about how they were made. I myself find that relaxing ,and even rainy days are just as relaxing I just sit on the window side and enjoy the cold breeze. Mother nature is really wonderful, and even the most stressful situations can be easily undone by just sitting and observing things that mother nature has given.

Oh, that does sound relaxing! Yes, it's good to get away sometimes to do/see/hear something out of the routine. Next week will be going to away to stay near the ocean for a couple days - but we'll be running around doing activities, so I won't necessarily get to soak in the sounds of the ocean as relaxation . . . maybe the sounds of the pool - ha ha.
