is Okpay banking service legit????

hi friends i found a new site in which i saw paypal is not accepted.In that i got saw Okpay banking service. but i dont know regarding it.is it legit and paying bank service.anyone having any issues with it? please help me regarding it...

appears to be ok. Again there is no option if the people for whom you work insist that you should maintain account with okpay. Further the payment in and out can be kept lower initially to study about the company. good day.

Yeah you are right friend.But i am asking that do any one transferred and funds from this site live in India?
