If a topic is deleted because of guidelines violation, all the responses it received will also be deleted. The topic starter or Original Poster will receive an email notification stating the reason for deletion. Those who responded to it will also receive an email notification stating that his/her response has been deleted because the discussion it was under was deleted; the email notification does not explain the reason of discussion deletion to the responders. If a response or comment violates guidelines and is being deleted, only that post will disappear. The discussion and all the other responses will stay as they do not have any reasons to be deleted.

Email notifications that I get from MyLot. Not only is email notification, discussion is deleted. I also received notification of the discussion made ??by my friends on myLot, also notice, that I get a response. I'm always waiting, email notification from MyLot. If no notice, I often wonder. Does no one responded to my discussion? or Is my friends did not make a discussion.

it is important to view the guidelines from time to time so you will be guided at all times. i have also experienced multiple deletions of post including those i responded with since we talked about links and others are posting them in their posts. there are times that we're doing that unnoticed. so better be cautious next time.still, happy sunday mylotting!

Well, unfortunately, any notification of Mylot which is listed on our e-mail boxes, it is always a cancellation of a discussion, and therefore also of all the comments that accompanied it. To me personally, having learned from the guidelines, what should I have to write and what not, it does not happen for a long time to me that a discussion being deleted. I still say that sometimes, to me, the answers are erased in the discussions, so I always try to respond to arguments that follow the rules.

Hey, its OK. We learn from our mistakes. Mylot haven't deleted any discussion of mine (yet) but I have response that have been deleted because the discussion about those topics have been deleted. I did feel bad the first and second time because I have enjoyed those discussions. But, come to think of it, it's not my fault if those were double posts. I didn't know in the first place. Well, I guess deletion can happen from time to time. I do make searches about topics here that I want to discuss. Don't feel bad friend.
