We all know that our teachers ask us of our ambition or dream when we grow up when we were in kindergarten. I proudly says, "When I grow up, I want to be a Lawyer". But actually, I took up accountancy and not Law,maybe I could if I still have time for it.
Happy mylotting!

Wow!!!!!! You're CPA?No joke?? You should be total proud of it because it is too hard to become a CPA. I am striving hard in school to be Certified Public Accountant. If you don't mind, would you share some of your strategies for overcoming this hard challenges of taking accountancy as profession.

Yes I am, and I'm proud to be in that profession and I'm always thankful to God for it. I don't really think I have a strategy or something, just know where your strengths are and use it to your advantage. Our exam covered 7 subjects and while I admit I'm not good in all of it, I made sure that my weakest subjects will not drag down my best ones as it can affect the overall outcome.

When I was younger my ambition was to become a doctor but I found out that I was afraid to see some blood so I took up Commerce and finished it in Marketing major.
When I was already retiring I decided to take the government sponsored courses offered vocational courses and passes the Tesda exam as a Massage Therapist.I am now vwery happy with my new carrier.

You must be very efficient and with perseverance so that all your goals in life can be achieve.I am just dedicated to my work when I have some works to do and finish it the most possible way.Being a Massage Therapist is not an easy work because you are always exerting force to all your fingers and arms to soothe the aching parts of the body of your patron.I am always having a towel with me because I am perspiring not like what I used to do with my office works before. These all are all charge to my experience. What is your work by the way?

I had many dreams when I was a child I wanted to become a teacher, a librarian or a journalist. As a child I loved writing and reading and that was the reason why I thought about those 3 jobs. I wanted to became a Danish teacher because of my interest in reading and the job as a librarian was also inspired by my passion for books. I wanted to become a journalist because I loved writing and I thought that it would be a dream job to get paid for writing. Today I am an adult and I still love reading and writing, but I chose to study nursing and I never became a teacher, a librarian or a journalist

When I was 6 years old, I proudly stated to my father that I was going to be a marine biologist when I grew up. Of course, my surroundings had a lot to do with it. I grew up in tropical environments most of my childhood.....the Philippines, Florida, Hawaii, California....Then when my father retired we moved to a farm in the middle of Missouri. As I got older, my interests changed. In college, I studied sound engineering and television production and became a radio announcer when I graduated. To this day, my father still holds it against me that I didn't become a marine biologist! lol

I do not actually remember what I used to say as a ambition when I was a kid because it included all useless stuffs. Faint memories tells me that one of my ambition was to be superman and fly like him. You see how childish it was. Also I was very fond of cricket so that was also an item in my list as I grew old. I also had the ambition of being a pilot but this idea got eliminated once I started to get an idea of the stream. The only thing I feel is my all time ambition is of being wealthy and efforts for that are still on. Thank You

That is what we are when we are young, we easily change our mind without thinking of the reason for doing so. I hope you could reminisce it so you could share it to us too.

Hi! When i was starting college, I really wanted to be in law. So I chose a law course. But now that I am close to graduating, I am thinking that law is not what I really want. i don't enjoy when i am studying it. It seems like I am memorizing all these articles and sections for nothing. SO after graduation, I am not going to pursue law. Instead, i think i will go to pursue management and business and move into the corporate world. Happy mylotting.

We're the same. My dream actually when I was young enough is to be a Lawyer, but later I realized that it is too hard to memorize almost a book. I just found out that I wanted to be an accountant.

When I was a child, I wanted to be an inventor but as time goes by I got hooked with computers and computer game and wanted to become an Computer Engineer or take Computer Science. I had a poor background in programming that is why I did not became a programmer. Now, I graduated as a nurse and it is kind of fun and useful because I got to help other people who is ill specially my parents :)

When I was a kid I wanted to be a doctor. I even have toys to go with it. But things changed when you're growing up. You discover more things that you think you wanted to try out then discover another until such time that you're confused on what is it that you really want. I ended up finishing a course in Psychology. I just thought, well I could be a doctor if I still want to.

when i was a kid and people used to ask what i wanted to be
i used to say an engineer everyone used to get happy when i said that.
but deep inside i wanted to be a cricketer..
i was really good at it but i am born in such part of a society where nobody gave a damn! about it..My parents didn't as well but they did soon realize my dreams
it was too late by then because competition was immense and i wasted lot of my valuable practice time by then and i soon realized with the limited practice time and overcrowded place it's going to be impossible unless i go to a sport boarding school..
i wanted to go there but i was an English medium student and boarding school had a bangla medium curriculam. Thus i the failed the educational test so i couldn't get admitted on the boarding school, the club was overcrowded to practice.......things were hopeless.
so i left it with a heavy heart.....(it was a tough decision)
And then i started working on i.t and music.I am addicted to both of them
so all i do now is work on the internet and mix tracks and do some live shows
life's going good now but not being able to be a cricketer will always be a dark memory i will never forget.it always hurts a lot when i think of it.
And i know no idiots gonna read this huge response.
so it's safe to share anything in this long response :D

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be an animal behaviorist, a few months ago I realized, that no, I actually want to be an actress. So now I go from a real, attainable, job, into the lands of starving impossibility. The other thing I want to be? A fiction novelist.
