Is theres really thing as bad luck month

It was for the month of July when i started to have a problem, since the month started things was already turned out bad as i got sick and wasn't able to go to work then there was floods so i wasn't able to come to work that first week, then 2nd week my daughter got sick and was hospitalized for a week so i wasn't able to go to work again for 4 days coz i need to look after her, third week i got sick again, i couldn't move half of my body due to accident so need to rest for 3 days to feel better then got a mouth ulcer though i was fine now then forth month my mother got sick until now and too bad coz my baby again got sick so all in all i was only able to work like 7 days within the entire month those i was excuse at work but bad thing was i have no income for the month and im the only one working to pay all of our expenses and medicine expenses was added to it specially now that two of them are sick. I tried to be strong coz im not feeling bad too due to weather probably but im thinking of money now though i can manage but will be in tight budget. So now im thinking why it happened to me as im already suffering from too much struggles in life being a single parent yet its still not over, is there's really such a bad luck month thing?
