If we are suffered from fever we take medicine without consulting doctor. If doctor gave medicine we are consuming it. Several peoples are taking medicines everyday in their life. Lot of side effects coming due to medicine. How to avoid taking medicine and maintain our health for atleast in general fever or cold.

Hi friend, prevention is better than cure, we must organize our diet and take good food items to avoid health issues, if we have some health issues we must visit the doctor and follow his prescription, self medication is not a good thing and we must avoid taking medicines without the advice of a doctor. A lot of natural diets and herbs are available to cute cold and flu, we can use them to come out from normal fever and flu

Sick caused by our body imune is not good condition (weak). Taking medicine not the only way to maintain our health, we have to care about the food we eat or drink, our daily routine activities, environment cleanliness, and our mind (keep away from stress).

Taking the food with rich vitamins is important. If you take junk foods as healthy one it will bring obessity problems.

Hi, For maintaining good health we should have good diet habits, some exercise, enough sleep, no mental stress for it we should keep our mind cool. this would make us healthy. fit and fine. It would be better to prevent the disease than curing it. Prevention is better than cure. Healthy life is happy life.

I take an herbal supplement every day. I have not had a cold or the flu in at least 8 or 9 years. I don't believe in medication primarily because of side effects. I believe in natural healing. Foods that are high in anti-oxidants will help, such as blueberries, red beans, and red kidney beans. So far research has shown these are the foods highest in anti-oxidants. Herbs that help are astragalus and echinacea with goldenseal. I take astragalus in capsule form. But you must do research. Some herbs & vitamins can interact with medications. Astragalus can affect blood sugar levels and blood pressure. Brightly colored vegetables are very good for you in that they contain anti-oxidants and vitamins necessary to good health. Before I started on a regimen of vitamins and herbal supplements I read many books and searched the internet for all the information I could find. What I've told you here I have read in, what I believe, were credible sources. Again, if you decide to take vitamins and supplements you should gather information first. Also, there are many brands of vitamins that are not made well. You should find a reputable brand that you think you can trust. Studies have shown that too many vitamins have little or none of that which they say they have. Good luck! Stay healthy!

Herbal products are good. They never give side effects. But due to no knowledge in people several persons are selling fake herbal products.

I usually maintain my general health by regularly taking some pills. Everyday in the morning, I take allergy, daily supplement, and vitamin pills. I also try to exercise at least an hour for five days per week. Generally, I have been able to avoid getting a fever or cold for a few years now. The last time I was even remotely sick was when I had a bad cough and sore throat for a about week each.
