Last vacation

Last year in February is when we went away as a family, only a short break, but we all needed to get away for some fun. It is hard not being able to get away together, but when we do, we ensure that we all have a great time together. Just wish we could do it more often, but life is not like that at all.

I really would love to go on at least two or three days vacation with my whole family. Problem is, I can't find the right time. My husband and I both work eight to ten hours a day while two of my children go to school from Monday to Friday. My husband's restday falls on weekends but mine doesn't, it's one weekday and one weekend. I wanted to schedule it on Friday to Saturday for all of us but I can't afford to have the kids absent from their class especially on Friday when most quizzes are given.:( Oh, I wish it's already sem break for the kids so we can all go out. I could really use a time out with all the pressure at the office banging my head like a hammer. My only diversion is this site, MyLot, where I get to release all my sentiments in writing. Although we usually go out to malls or watch movies together inside the family room, our bedroom that is, I still soooooo want to go out someplace new with all the members of my family and just relax.... Just relax... Nothing else to think about!
