Is MyLot is available to everyone?

I am wondering whether joining MyLot is available to everyone or just to few others.. If you know the answer, kindly respond to me so that I can recommend it to some of my friends living abroad. Thanks. :)

MyLot is open to everyone so long as they can read and write English. Because of restrictions by the US Government, only those who live in the following countries can be paid, however: http://www.mylot.com/o/ppcountry.aspx

Of course myLot is accessible to everyone! Anyone who has an internet connection and has the key in discussing and participating to discussion can join the site! This site is running for a long time now and caters to a lot of people from across the globe! You can refer friends also! Regardless if they are living abroad or not.

Yup! Mylot is available to everyone! :) But make sure that their country has allowed paypal since mylot pays thru paypal. Happy mylotting.
