Just when I thought NASA gave up on Mars, I think they will found Bacteria in Mars. because there are bacterias that can survive harsh environments, speaking of Mars, The Netherlands is planning to send people in Mars, They are having a global auditions for people who wanted to live in Mars and stay there for good(inside pressurized domed cities with oxygen and water)

LOL I am auditioning, yeah its a very dangerous mission though but starting a new race/nation of humans from another planet sounds cool. I am planning to learn dutch so my chances will increase.

Wow pretty impressive. If that is what you want you will make it happen. Good luck! :D

I agree bacteria and micro organisms surely. I think this rover will make a few new discoveries for us so we can learn more
Yeah I heard but I wouldn't want to live on Mars. What if one of the domes depressurises? I think they should shuttle all the prisoners to mars instead

Read about the successful landing of the rover. I think this is the second robot that landed in the planet. For now, I am not expecting anything from there since I can see the planet as quite desolate and dry from afar. But anyway who knows what will this planet bring with the rover roaming around the planet to see if there is anything right there.

Well it's uninhabitable for us but maybe not for other species. Might be some micro organisms that we are yet to discover. We are still finding different species on our planet that we have never seen before so who knows

Unfortunately I had not had a chance to actually see the landing, here in south africa stuff like this is not really broadcasted anywhere like on tv or anything and we are still trying to get to the point of everyone having internet at home.
Anyway, I would be amazed if they find traces or remains of life on mars or even factual evidence of life currently existing on mars even if it was just micro organisms. I heard a funny idea the other day, what if humans just travel from planet to planet through the ages destroying the planet and then moving on to the next one (thus any trace evidence of life on the planet was actually from our species millions of years ago!)
anyway, I think if they find anything up there it will be great!

Lokionearm shame you didn't get to see it. That theory is interesting but how would they have gotten to Earth if they were supposedly primitive? Not even we are ready for proper space travel and colonisation. So maybe not but it is what humans do, destroy and move!
Stowyk I know the other rover was there but this one is better and may be able to find micro organisms and all sorts so there is still hope
