Umh, it is what i feel, can't work much and my body is tired when i walk also.
I did go out whole Sunday for shopping in a silk village and then going to my friend's house for lunch and went to another friend's house for dinner.
Yesterday it was very hot and i was very tired when i went home last night. I did sleep early...
But...now i am still tired...I guess because i did walk a lots and drove a motorbike under the hot sun for long...
Have you ever been like that? You are so active on Sunday and then so tired on Monday?

Yes, I think I'm always like that. On Monday, I feel so tired too because I usually go home on the weekends. I'm not only busy on Sundays but also on Saturdays. As early as 5 am on Saturdays, me and my sister wake up and prepare ourselves and our things for us to be able to go home in our hometown or in another city. I have to travel for two hours early in the morning so it's a bit tiring for me. Then, when I go home, I couldn't sleep in day time because we are busy doing some things at home. We also go somewhere like the beach on Saturdays. We also go to some department stores to buy something and so on. On Sundays, I also go out with my loved one. We usually walk to some places like department stores, shopping malls, church, places around downtown, and other places to go to. We also loved eating out together. We go home a bit late so when I go home I'm already tired. I'm also tired especially when it's rainy. It's not comfortable to go out. On Sunday night, sometimes, I also stay up late using the internet. I love uploading some pictures and playing some games. It's hard for me to wake up on Monday mornings because my eyes and body are tired. Then, I need to travel again for two hours to come back in another city where I work. So, every Monday, I feel so tired, just like how you are feeling today.

I have no energy on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wedsnesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Maybe you did too much on Sunday. Also you might have tired blood or be deficient in Iron. And maybe you have some dehydration due to being out in the sun for so long. Rest and feel better.

Now-a-days, the walk around for atleast 1. km is so horrible for people due to several reasons. We have vehicles to move around and no one prepfer to walk as much because to save time and we will get tired. Any way, it is good to have a walk for some time and I am usre that you might have walk a little more and that is the reason why so tired. Hope you are alright now and after having such a long walk, it is better to have a bath and take rest for some to feel refreshed.
Regards

Sounds like you had quite the weekend.
I've had some times like that--too much fun over the weekend and dragging come Monday.
It may be a good day to take a spa day--recover from all that shopping.

I am usually tired on Mondays because I travel from my hometown to work. I spend quality time with my family so I sometimes don't take a nap on the weekends. I usually wake up early on Saturdays so I only have 3 to 4 hours sleep and I sleep very late on Saturday night - or Sunday past midnight already. On Mondays, I have to wake up early again. hahaha. However, even if I'm tired, I am inspired because I was able to see my loved ones. Happy myLotting!

This is called Monday Blues. I and my colleagues are so tired and bored
that our brains just could not think! Yesterday (Monday in Malaysia) is
is even worse because for certain states in Malaysia including Selangor
where our office is, should be a public holiday. Yet all of us have to come
to work, and we are still so sad that our badminton player got silver medal
at the London Olympics... our hopes for gold medal has been dashed

Clearly you are too much tired, because you could not restore energy that you lost on Sunday.Sunday was,as you have written,a very busy day for you.Fortunately such things don't happen with me.Often I have to work very hard and so I get tired. Then I have a sound sleep at night and my lost energy gets restored.I take hard physical exercises everyday that leave me totally exhausted. But a sound sleep helps me restore my lost strength.Perhaps I have got used to tiredness due to hard work.

Yes, Sunday was my hectic day...that's why i am very tired on Monday...i want to sleep more but can't, i have to go to work....but no mood for working also...Monday is totally my lazy day...
Next time, Sunday is just for sleeping or lying on bed only, i won't go out too much on Sunday more..

Hi friend, sad to hear this, may be your Sunday activities made you to get tired in Monday. You must take some rest in Sunday to get more strength in Monday, i never felt in this sort, all the days are same to me and do my work with the same energy

wow..everyday is the same? you don't have any hectic day like mine? Then Monday is a lazy day is not right in your case , i think.
It is very good when you can live/do in moderation like that. I can't do like that yet, someday i am very active from morning to late night and be tired in the next day, sometime i am quite lazy and just stay at home...

You must be too tired on Sunday. And I think I don't like Monday, too, even if I am not tired. I just want more time to relax. And the time is never enough, haha. Am I too lazy?

Hello ryan,
Usually Mondays are always a lazy day for me. After a holiday, I felt irritated on getting up early, doing the works, etc. on Monday. If you have done much works on Sunday like outing and shopping then no wonder you must be tired too. Even if I sit at home on Sunday then also I feel uncomfortable on Monday morning. But from Tuesday everything will be regular like earlier.
I think you are not alone; most of the people have the same feeling on Monday.

Yeah not to mention that i really hate monday. It means work and work and work. I haven`t encountered this though. I party on friday and saturday. Every sunday i just spend the day lying on my bed Sunday is my rest day so i have all the energy tomorrow. Maybe you should try to drink energy drink and eat a lot so you may recover the energy you have lost the day before

After enjoying and exerting on weekends, it is difficult to get in the working mood on Monday. This is the reason Monday is often considered to be a lazy day. In your case, you sound to have a really hectic day and that too on a hot day. I don't remember having such a hectic day, but if ever it will happen it seems I might feel the same.

I have been in that situation before, where I feel so drained of energy instead of being energized over the weekend. What started as a day trip on a Saturday with friends for a relaxing picnic ended up in an overnight stay at the beach. We also took advantage of the local flea market. We came home late Sunday night that the following Monday, I was late for work. My body aches and I feel more tired than I was for the whole work day but for an entirely different reason.
