Do you rest when you come back from work?

Me, yes I usually take my tea while watching cartoon on TV. Then I start to feel sleepy. I immediately go to take a nap. I rest for at least one hour before preparing the dinner. I feel relaxed after the short and and feel fit to prepare my dinner. Then of course I go to sleep late at night. What about you?

I don't really... well, now I work online, so I don't come back from work. And when I used to, I got home at about 9-10pm, and then I just took a bath and went to bed :D. I was so sleepy.

I take a small nap after coming from college. I usually reach home at about 4 p.m. daily and I start to sleep at about 4.30 and I sleep for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I like that small nap very much.

My work ends at 11pm at night so sometimes I get to bed straight. If I'm so tired I already sleep but if I'm not, I watch a movie before sleeping. Watching romantic-comedy movies makes me relax. I sometimes listen to music, too.
