procrastination they say is the thief of time..... most people have heard that said a thousand time. the challenge is getting themselves to do the things they probably know they should. when i was growing up, i used to think its a problem of young people but now i know otherwise. You see parents procrastinating to make decisions about their children's welfare and stuffs like that. by delaying to do the necessary things, people who procrastinate just hope that the problems will go away. procrastination often leads to low self esteem and other social ills. my advice is: if there is anything that you know should be done, no matter how unpleasant you feel about it, take the first step and do it... once you've started it becomes easier to complete the task. please PUT AN END TO PUTTING IT OFF!

Some people are habitual procrastinators and they can not break the cycle. Some people are emotional procrastinators who fall into a slump and have difficulty getting back on track. Change is difficult, but not impossible.
