Is Usain Bolt the greatest sprinter of all time

In comparison of the greatest sprintwers of all time you must compare the era's. Jesse Owens ran on a substandard track in 1936 and in substandard conditions. Carl Lewis ran in the beginning of the new era and against good competition but Bolt coming from jamacia not having all the advantages of the modern sprinters until he started winning. Jamacia is a third world country. They dont have all the means we have and he has set the world on fire with a 9.63 in the olympics. He is the best.

Yes, I would have to agree with you on that. Based on what we saw during the Olympics, one can simply say that Usain Bolt is the greatest sprinter of all time. The distance between him and the 2nd place runner was quite a huge one and even the commentators have said that "it should not be happening in the Olympics."
Hence, I share the same view as you. Usain Bolt is the greatest sprinter of all time. Cheers!
