Yes. I think if there is reasonable proof we should start executing killers. Especially serial killers. They can't be rehabilitated. Why waste tax payers money keeping them alive? I don't agree with some people who say that the killer should be turned over to the victims family. This will cause problems. By doing this you are making those family members murders and they are going to have issues with what they did later. I think that lethal injection is probably the best way to go. It's less barbaric than the chair, firing squad or hanging. I'm all about being humane, even if it's not what they deserve.

I think that so long as it can be proven beyond any doubt at all that the guilty person is going to be the one who is killed, it won't be an issue.
There have been cases where the person who was jailed for the crime is not the guilty one, and so it would be a terrible miscarriage of justice for them to be killed for it.
