Grapes : Weight loss or weight gain ?

Hi everyone
As we all know that grapes are rich in vitamin.
But there exists an argument over grapes.
Some people say that grapes help in reducing the weight and at the same time the rest say it increases the weight. I'm terribly confused :( help me out
So what you all think what is right ?

Most fruits do have an amount of sugar in them. THey have ONE gram of saturated fat in them. They have Vitamin A and E in them and calcium and iron. Ofcourse the concord grapes would have more iron in them. If you eat grape jelly there will be a lot more calories. But how any fruit that is mostly liquid and fiber could be construed as fattenning is beyond me.

Thanks for response I m really feeling good to have such positive responses as grapes are my favourite and I was feeling very upset when my friends were asking me to stop eating grapes saying grapes can put on weight.

Well, anything can put on weight if you eat enough of them! Try them frozen. Yum!

This is not true. I consume fresh grape juice almost everyday. And I have not gained any weight. Hence there is nothing to be confused. Just enjoy Grapes...!

I really dont think they would be a food that would cause you to gain weight. They arent fatty like meat and arent over processed or loaded with artifical flavors or colors or preservatives. To me they are about as good for you as they can get. I love grapes I eat them all the time.

No matter what kind of fruit it's, i think, the best way is to control the amount. Because we know there're also other debates about other fruits. Thus, when eating some fruits, you'd better not eat too much. Beause grapes are also rich in sugar.If you eat too much a day,you may put on weight.

I'll definately follow your advice.
I think this is the only best way to have control on weight were I can eat grapes as well as can have control on weight by consuming them in less amount.

Grapes are excellent scorces of vitamen a,c.b6 and folate almat cootaining
tree beneficial minerals.The grapes calorie content is very low .
It is 100 gm of grapes contains 69 kcal only.Grapes are also good cleanejer.
