My cell phone is very simple and probably considered "low end", it's an LG Rumor 2. I wanted something very simple and text messaging friendly with the pull out keyboard. I don't use my phone for anything but text messages and only emergency phone calls, so it's perfect for my wants.

Ah yes, I know that phone well. I had the original LG Rumor in 2007 when it first came out. It was my first texting phone and I thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Now, of course, my expectations are a bit higher when it comes to phones.
I do like the pull-out keyboard on the Rumor, though. That's one of the things that I am missing now that I have the iPhone 4S. I am still typing tons of things wrong with the touch screen keyboard (darn these fat fingers). Autocorrect sometimes fixes the errors, but other times it hurts more than it helps.

Im currently using a LG Prada P940. Its a smartphone manufactured by LG and designed by the PRADA, maker of fashion bags and other products. Its really fashionable, elegant design and it packs a lot features. It has also a Android Ice cream sandwhich upgrade.

I am currently using the Blackberry Curve 9370 from Verizon Wireless. I chose it because it has an QWERTY keyboard that lets me text faster. I just love the whole concept of the phone and the ease of use. I am not a big fan of downloading a lot of apps so the apps available for it is just fine with me.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Y, it is an Android phone and in affordable price. I can play the games that i really enjoy. I can also choose what kind of keypad i want to use, if i want qwerty or the other kind of keypad. It also have wifi and GPS. I think the only disadvantage using this phone is if you have a large finger tips when you are using qwerty keypad because it has a small letters.

I've changed many phones in recent times. I'll tell about a few:
1. Samsung Corby Pro - Nice phone. Clear sound. Touch screen, screen a bit small. Slide it sideways and you have a qwerty keypad. 2 megapixel primary camera, VGA front camera. 3G.
2. Samsung B7722 - Big screen. Touch screen. Good sound quality. Dual SIM [GSM+GSM]. No keypad. 5 megapixel primary camera. VGA front camera. 3G.
3. Sony Xperia Mini Pro (currently using) - Android. Small screen. Slide sideways and there's a qwerty keypad. 5 megapixel primary camera with flash. 1 megapixel front camera. 3G. Poor sound quality on the speaker. Great on headphone. Poor vibration. Great screen quality. Motion sensor games supported.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

I have Samsung light 2... I had blackberry & few different versions of iPhone... I had a change of position at my work so I changed my phone back to something simple... I use my phone mainly for my work & I go through somewhere between 2,500 - 3,000 minutes of voices calls per month... I used to use blackberry & tried iPhones because I needed an access to emails but since I got iPad 2, & since I don't travel as much as I used to, I switched to simple phone... My phone does everything I need it to do so I don't really have anything bad to say about it...

dear
i am in the same situation! I am considering buying the htc status because i love the qwerty keyboard and the touchscreen. I heard some reviews about it that it didnt have a very good storage. that wouldn't be a probelm for me because i have a tablet for apps i would porblay only use the phone for emailing, texting and 1 or 2 apps.

I have an iPhone 4GS. I don't know what was paid for it because I received it as a gift. I like the fact that there are a ton of apps for you to download and use to do a variety of things. Also, being able to use Siri (the voice system that can do stuff for you) is convenient.
I also admire the simplicity and intuitiveness of my phone. Everything that the phone does makes sense, in a way. I can appreciate this quality more after seeing my dad struggle to figure out how to work a new phone he just got.
And being a smartphone, it can do a lot of different things. One thing it doesn't have, though, is Adobe Flash. There are apps you can get to replace the funtoionality, though.

I have an older Samsung Galaxy. Two year contract to get it free a year and a half ago. I can't wait for the last 6 month to be up, I'm going to go with the Iphone 4. I only have good things to say for the Galaxy. It's been a great phone, I am ready for a new one though.
