how to install adobe flash player in galaxy gt 5360

I brought a phone galaxy y gt5360 i used it for internet sometimes but i encountered problems when i viewed in ptc sitte.it said that "flash not detected"..i search&downlaod some flash but it doesnt work....it is possible to install flash in this android phone?is there a nybody here know about this problem?
