payza account has been hacked by other =(

recently i have received an email from payza asking to validate my account, if you are not validate, your account will be frozen. i also saw on the sender, which is send from payza. i just clicked on the link, then my account has been hacked and the money inside my account has been transfer to another person. even it is not much money, but i'm writing here is just want to remind all the mylotter who using payza, please keep in mind, don't simply click on those link asking you to validate your account, if not you will same as i, hacked by other =( i have submit support ticket to payza, i hope they will take action on those hacker and block his account or terminate his account on payza.

Sorry to hear this and thank you for sharing this so that others can be aware of these things.
I think submitting a ticket wud work.. probably they will block the account in which ur money has be transferred.. tough there are very little chances that u'll get ur money back..

money lost is ok, since it is not big amount, just don't hope to see other people also face this trap, so i would like to share this with all the mylotters, and wish all of us not to fall into this trap

yes, must be aware of this, i think not only payza, other payment processor will have the same problem too. so just be more aware on this type of email

Hi, I've been to this similar problem in the past. It involves my paypal account. And email was sent to my yahoo account saying the some had opened it not in my country. But as I know no one could open it simply because my pass word is hard to guess. Then I taught that it was a phishing e-mail, so I reported it to Palpal. Good thing I never fall into this kind of trap.

that is really horrible to hear,how did it actually happen ,did you share password with anyone.i will have to be careful here afterwards ,this is not a ordinary issue.let me know what solution payza provides
