Hello everyone, I am not being here for a long time because I really busy for work. Except that, one thing makes me so depressed is about my dogs. I have two baby dogs and they are not purebred, I took them home when they were one month old. Now two months passed and they gradully grow up and become naughty. The very terrible thing is that they do not like strangers and when people come to my yard, they will run out, bark and almost attact people. Two of the visitors have been bitten by them. I feel so sorry for the visitors and pay for the medical expenses. I can not tied them because they like to take walks and run around in the yard. How should I do to make two dogs be kind to others?

I have had lots of dogs. At my home we had 3 of then and Here away from home, I have 2. But thing is that I have never trained them They were just common dogs and as they grew they became very good dogs. That habit you have is to take them out for a walk is good. But another thing, if you tie them then they become fierce and attack the strangers. If you want to have them friendly to the other people, then you have to keep them unleashed. This is through my experience. have a wonderful day and happy petting

I have a Pitbul and just the looks of it, with cropped ears, people get scared. But when it was still a pup, I started to take it to where there are many people allowing them to hold him and play even with the children. It depends on how the dog is trained and orientation. At his age now running to 8 years and still fierce looking, children would come and play with him. What I am afraid of is if someone steals him because anyone, just any stranger can easily tie him by the collar and get off with him. He's everybody's dog.

Hello crisce!
For your question title, I would suggest that you try watching some of the videos online about training dogs. I would highly recommend watching videos of Cesar Millan. His show, The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, could really help you a lot when it comes to dogs, whatever the breed might be.
Most of the advice that he would give pet owners is to become a pack leader, or to be someone who exudes authority which dogs would naturally sense from different people. Dogs, even though we consider them as Man's bestfriend, are still animals, yet because of how people familiarize themselves too much with their pets, they tend to humanize them. Well, that's just how most episode go.
In your case, you did mention that you have been quite busy with work. Perhaps that has contributed to your dog's behavior.
I hope this would help you in a way as Cesar Millan is quite amazing. (^_^ )
