Is having baldness risk a mans personal life?

Nowadays getting hair loss and baldness is increasing. But this useless hair really creates lot of cosmetic value and reduce ones confidence in life.
Kindly share your thoughts about the problems faced by a bald headed person...

Hair vanishing is really an issue, it may indicate a serious health problem. Other reason of balding also runs in the blood or genetic thing. Though some bald men are not affected by it, instead, some excel in their own field.

If a man measures his confidence on his appearance especially on his hair, it will be a great issue when he loses it. Like what you have cited: confidence issues. I think when a man sees his hair thinning, he perceives himself as looking older than he should or less attractive which can lead to depression. But if there is acceptance it will be a different story. Acceptance that there is more to life than hair.
