having a good sleep is very important for me, I remember when I was working as a call center agent, during my first weeks were terrible, I can't get a good sleep, I can only sleep for about 2-3 hours a day, and that's very bad. And I realize that having a little sleep a day can affect my mood, very bad mood rather not eating for the whole day. :)
Until my body adjust to it, so having a good sleep/rest is very important for all of us. :)

Yes, I Agree! For me, it is very important too. Without a proper sleep we can't enjoy our everyday lives because "enough sleep" will give us "enough energy" needed by our body. It's good to sleep in 8-10 hours but nowadays 6-8 is good enough.
Too much sleep can also harm us and change our mood in a way that we feel too lazy and/or too dizzy.

I agree with you. When we are tired, we want to rest. When we rest, we have some sleep. In addition, sleeping will make us feel better if we have a cold or a headache. Happy myLotting!

I agree! But sleeping after getting tired is good. sleeping otherwise for your laziness shall not be appreciated by anyone. well, teenagers love sleeping as they can dream a lot, I think.
anyhow, we all need sleep for eight hours at the least and that must be a sound sleep without any disturbing thoughts!

I also love sleeping. I need enough of this to fight stress and feel good physically.

I love sleeping. It recharges my total well-being. If I get a sound sleep, I feel so good the whole day. Its just sad that I seldom have it because I have a sleeping disorder.

I don't think there's a human being out there who doesn't like to sleep. I love to sleep. I love dream. When I don't get enough sleep, I feel cranky. I like to go to work well-rested. I don't get how some people can party everyday and not get enough sleep. I read somewhere that sleeping 8 hours a day, can make you feel healthy and look younger.

Oh yes!! I am fond of sleeping as well. Apart from my "devotion" towards the task. what makes me further inclined towards it is the health benefits it provides us. I have personally experienced its good effects. The freshness you see in yourself after you wake up. Your intentions are good. You are clear fro within usually with no worries in your mind. I also like to sleep when I am worried for something and when my mind cannot focus over anything else but that worry. I feel it the best thing I can do at that moment. When you wake up, though you remember everything which should make you tense but genuinely you do not see tension on your face.

Don't worry. Be happy. Worrying could lead to insomnia. Sleeping ain't bad. It is good for our health so our organs will be able to regenerate. 8hours a day is recommended. Balance in life. Work hard rest harder. Health is wealth.

Sleeping after a long day's work is really rewarding. You feel like you regain all the energy that you've lost and it really feels great!

Sleeping is one of the priceless approaches towards a hearty and healthy life. :) I do believe that sleeping contains a lot of benefits. Everyday, I see to it that I follow my routine of 7-8 hours of sleep in order to be productive during the day. I don't know why other people are having a hard time sleeping early at night. I know some of my friends who sleep 4-5am in the morning. And when they come to school, they are very groggy and sleepy. Well, this is just easy for normal people, but too hard for those who have sleeping disorders
