Today is my first day off in a week and I'm kind of excited. Ever since I got back from going to my boyfriend's army graduation, my job scheduled me every day this past week. A few times I've almost come to my breaking point and there were times I just wanted to quit and walk out.
I think this day off comes as a much needed break from my job since I was starting to get really stressed out from work. I don't really know what I'll do yet. To be honest, I don't really feel like doing much of anything lol!
If it stays sunny out I'll probably hang out by the pool and then later come inside to catch up on my tv shows and do some mylotting. I also have to check up on a job application I filled out the other day and see how things are going with that.
I think I'm just going to take it easy today and try to relax after my stressful work week.
What do you like to do on your day off?

Everyone want a break every now and then. Even machines do have their maintenance one a week. And we are not robots that our company just push a button and there we go. Even if I had two day's off every week from my job, I felt that sometimes do I really need to have a 5 working days. I would loved to had a business of my own so that I will be my own's boss.
I think you should relax for a while on your day-off to relieve the stress. Hanging out in the pool would be a great idea as water is one of the most stress reliever. Good luck to your day-off and hope that you'll find it fruitful, relaxing and enjoyable.

Thank you :) My day off was actually very nice and I got my nails done and then hung out by the pool for a little. Now I'm on my second day off and I just got back from the gym. I'll probably go out by the pool again because I don't really feel like being out and about doing stuff.

Hello courtknee,
You have asked something which makes a broad smile on face lol. I usually like to stay at home. Wake up late, went to movie sometimes or for shopping. Day offs are really beneficial or mental health. The work pressure impacts skipping of good meal, not taking enough water and in that case one off makes your day. You feel happy and relax. Have a good day courtknee :)
