My boss was on a business travell

Our boss is also human like us. They can be upset and have problems like us. Maybe they are just in not so good mood that time. I have experienced that after saying good morning, my boss did not even give me a look and went straight to his office. I guess that he is just tired because he also lives far from our office. But like you, I am also the happiest person when my boss is our for official business :D

Superiority, like inferiority complex is a serious condition. Bosses have that. They have the tendency to feel and think that they are always right. They think they have the more effective way to approach our daily routines at work. These types of bosses belongs to the old generation. Time when it was still in the Industrial age. When the work place is so hierarchical. Structures were so bureaucratic and prone to corruption, and not functional. These are the types of bosses that only commands you to do your job. After hundreds and decades of years of workers struggles, and technological development, the work place now has a renewed image. New breed of captains of the industry are no longer the same grim and determined corporals of factories then. They are more integrated within the firms rank and file. You can even joke with them and call them by their first names. They give more importance in getting feedback from their workforce. They are aware that new approaches are needed to improve approach getting work done. Everyday, a new reality is created and a new approach is needed. Everything around us organizations, structures, lifestyle, way of life, institutions are all challenged by the new realities we face everyday.

hi, sometimes the presence of our boss really makes us to pressure in our work,that is why in my work we are so thankful because our boss office is in the main branch and not in our branch because we will only feel the pressure and we can not surely work normal.
