Torrential Downpour in the Philippines... getting worse.

The Philippines has been experiencing a lot of climate and weather changes. It has been 4 days with non-stop raining. What could have cause such change in weather? What can we do to improve the condition? Is it still possible to revert back to the natural weather condition that we have before?

I don't think the weather here in the Philippines will be as nice and calm as it was in the old days. It's sort of like the butterfly effect. Things have put Mother Nature into motion on a certain path. It could be possible to divert it to a more positive path but Filipinos need to give a lot of effort (and we all know that it is hard for Juan Tamad)
