This week is our midterms week and I am so stressed out!!! :/
Every day I always sleep late and had to wake up early for the test the next day. I'm getting tired and my energy level is really low. HELP!
How may I be able to raise my enthusiasm and be energetic again to study the lessons?

I've been through that before. You're lucky enough that you still have the time to sleep. In my time, I even experienced going to school for a week without any sleep. I can't believe I was able to do that. I did have lots of management plans and research works to do and I'm really running out of time. That time, it seemed like my week is just a day. Too many pressures and too many things that needs to be done. But right after that the following week my body system was really shutting down and I suffered for almost 2 weeks.

Best thing to do first is not to freak out. Don't panic and stay calm. Having a relaxed perspective before entering the examination will really help a lot. Just naturally review, don't force the issue as your body will exert more stress and pressure to your brain and body. It might give you an aftershock which may come during the exam. Try doing breathing exercises to help loosen up a bit. If you studied well enough, your brain will surely retain the things you have studied if it is in a calm and tranquil condition.

Oh no! That's so horible! I'm scary this situation. I will study last year in highschool in next week. And I scary I will like you. Why the study is not easy in my country? There're so manny lesson to study, even some subject not really important with more students. There're so manny test to do.
The stress is so easy to understand here. So, goodluck to you and me!
