Headache with JSS - what is Restart Converted Status on My Position?

Can any experts of JSS program give me some advise here, 1. I started few month ago, now i supposed to have 34 positions, 3 of the positions is pending for JSS, 15 from the position is active but another 18 of my position status is restart Converted, what is that mean? because im not earning 2% daily from those position with restart converted status.. 2. When do i entitle for JSS Matrix? should i upgrade to level 1 coz i have 3 position waiting for JSS now.. hope anyone could help to explain here.. thanks

As you have only 3 pending for JSS you do not need to upgrade your account to level 1 yet. Check when the other tripler is going to expire as then you will have 4 expired positions and you'll need to be an upgraded member to get this JSS position placed. You will not earn from the converted positions anymore, at least not daily. Those positions where converted to JSS positions during the restart. You don't need to be an upgraded member in order for these JSS positions to be placed but you'll need to upgrade once you have them placed in order to be eligible to participate in the JSS program. Thanks Camalich! But if the position is converted during restart, where does it goes? i have check position on my JSS account, there is no position available there.. im lost...

Don't worry: placements of JSS positions have a delay of about 50 days so you might get those JSS positions that have been created from your converted triplers in about 1-2 month time ;)

I have no idea about what you are talking. I will notify for other's posts to know what exactly it is an how it worsk, etc.
