I taught this season Arsenal will be free from Barcelona poachers. But look like they are trying to persue another Arsenal players. It is not Robin Van Persie but it is Alex Song.
Every year Barcelona trying to get Arsenal player unsettled before they buying them. Why can't they stop a look somewhere else?

The point is that for Barcelona, Arsenal is a perfect breeding ground. Arsenal plays the game in a similar mould as Barcelona. So players from Arsenal fit into the Barcelona team much more easily than players from other clubs. I am also very sad that they made a move for Alex Song and hope the deal does not go through!!
Cheers!

No matter what their reason, they should do it in a proper way. Made an offer and see if Arsenal accept it. Until Arsenal accept the offer, don't talk about the player transfering. I never saw Arsenal do something like Barcelona did. If Arsenal want a player, they made an offer and if it gone through then it was publish and the players and manager talk about how great addition the player to the squad.
I just hope Arsenal won't sell Song no matter what price it is. Arsenal can keep giving players away. It is about time Arsenal say NO.

if iam not wrong, Barcelona try to collect their ex player in La Masia..i never heard that they want Alex Song..
yeah, that one player of barcelona said that the typical playing alex song is similar with seydou keita..but it is not guarantee that barcelona wants him directly
i just believe they want to buy Javi Martinez or Llorente than Alex song..

Do I believe what newspaper says? Do you? Does that what they said about all this while regarding Cesc Fabregas, Alexandre Helb, Thierry Henry, and the list goes on and on..
The newspaper might be right or it might be one of Barcelona tactic to unsettle Alex Song so he will demand for transfer. Iniesta and Busquet kept talking about Song in their team and what a great addition he will be. I see that is indirect tapping by Barcelona.

The only reason that I can think of is the way both clubs play. It is always pass, receive, look and pass. So rather than get someone in and waste time training them to adapt to this style, why not get someone who readily play that game. As for Song, I would hope he stay. Lets be honest, in a middle consisting of Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas and Busquet, does Song seriously think he will have much game time? The Cameroonian just have to look back at the careers of the players like Helb and he should be able to make an informed decision.

As you said, Alex Song should learn a lesson from Helb.
While I can said that Arsenal and Barcelona play similarly, I do think that there are a lot of team and players can adapt the Barcelona style of playing. I don't think they should only look at Arsenal because it really shows that Barcelona like to be like Arsenal.

Why does Barcelona always target the players of Arsenal? the most recent and still fresh hunt for Arsenal was against Alex Song. Barcelona's Alex Song claimed if staff are needed to fill the midfield. It seems that Barcelona was the champion used the crisis being experienced by Arsenal, and Barcelona player who likes to wear mature by Arsenal.

Well the clear or good reason i think of is one they r young because arsenel promotes young talent 2. second that their play style that means arsenel plays allot like barcelina style of play same as spain so may be they wont have to do too much with them to taught to play like them .

The way Barcelona do the business is disrespectful. They let their players talk alot about the players they want to get and why the player must join Barcelona. That infuriate me a lot. They like to unsettle their players in order to try to get them for cheap.
