I've been wondering what you guys think on this one. What do you usually do when you feel that you are running out of options and think that everything you do is always going against you? Do you just sit in a corner and cry yourself out until you feel the exhaustion from crying? Do you pray? Do you talk to someone about it? Or do you just do nothing and think that it will just go away and continue living? Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

when we think there is no option, there is always one. praying is connecting to the source of life and power on earth. that's what i do. and it has proven its power and effectiveness. after praying, i feel closer to that source of knowledge and power. and i believe there is nothing in my problems and challenges that i can not confront with confidence.

When things seems hopeless, I cry and force myself to give it up. And then hope for something else, something worth hoping for. I pray to God that this time He will make things possible for me to acheive and that He will guide me to stay possitive and determine. God is powerful and do wonders. Keep your faith.:)
Goodluck.

I do everything you have listed above. My actions would really depend on the problem I have. There really are problems that it is impossible to solve so I would just pray and live it to God. If this is something I can actually do but was restricted to do it, I would definitely cry. A shoulder to cry on can really ease your heart. I also talk to other people like a family member or a friend regarding my problems. Just having someone that listens to you can really make a huge difference.
But if this is something like you wanted to just end it all though the truth is you just wanted to end your misery, I think that the first thing you can do is do not keep everything to your self. Speak to your parents or a friend whom you know that truly cares and would listen to you. Always remember that there is no constant in this world except change so more likely, your problems or situation wouldn't be there for life. God is always there and waiting for us. Pray hard and talk to Him. Draw closer to God. Throw all your problems to Him and let his Words lead you and light your way.

I understand how you feel right now. When your down you feel so depressed and tend to lose hope. But think of the brighter side. There is too much at stake than you. Life is boring without trials. Instead of crying just think of the solution rather than the problems. Be strong! Life is beautiful! and Life is too short to be wasted on BV.

I am a cry baby and it sucks. But you know what? When everything seems to be wrong, I always pray to God. Why? He created everything so it is so easy for him to ease your burdens in life. You just have to be strong and have faith on him. It is also stated in the Bible that the plan you had made for your life, how much it looks like beautiful for you, God has a more beautiful plan. So why lose hope? We always had the best friend in our life and that's him.

I usually go back to sleep until I feel tired of sleeping. There's far lesser evil that losing hope, and we shouldn't tolerate it and should help each other to battle it.
Whenever I feel hopeless and depressed, aside from sleeping, I usually would also eat chocolates and do something that would make me happy. I would talk to friends and my family. But sometimes when hopelessness is just too much to bear, I would just go to sleep or talk to God. It somehow relieves me and He gives me hope and energy to be active again.
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

In this case, maybe the good suggestion I could give is to talk with your parents, your siblings or to your friends like trying to open up things that you wanted to have an answer. It would be okay to cry but not often because you will not be relief if you just cry and cry and think tomorrow would be okay.
It is good to talk to someone you are closed to or to you family. They will not say anything that would make you feel you lose hope. Try to listen and take their advises about what would they say.
Losing hope thus not stays there forever, you can make a big move to brighten up your mind, to release those tensions in your body and try to feel calm and relax.

when osing hope, i will choose to sleep for a long time, then when you woke up, you will feel better even find hope again. it is a good way to find hope, and maybe you can read some psychology artical and you will feel better, i often find my hope by reading some books. or you can try to play sports, like basketball. it will make you relax and find hope.
good luck!

Well, their are a lot of things that you can do when you feel depressed, I myself get depressed easily and the only thing that cheers me up are my friends and my family. I just consult them about my problems, and although my friends find some ways to make me feel bad about my situation, they often cheer me up with encouragement after that, and will most likely point my mistakes. Praying is another thing you can do if everything feels pointless and there is no more hope. I made up my own way of lowering depression. I just lay down on my bed and think of all the bad things that happened and the possible good outcomes that will come from those problems. Hope this comment helps.
