Like Owlwings said, you can try to find another hobby to replace eating. Quitting all of a sudden can be really hard. Have you tried swapping unhealthy snacks with healthier options like fresh fruits and veggies? They're a great low calorie alternative.

I don't eat much veggies and fruits that's my problem. Before I am fit cause I am athletic, I started gaining weight right after our Psychiatric Duty.

Stop that hobby and divert your energy and thoughts on some productive activities.:) You can go to the gym and enrol in a fitness program...

sport. i am runnying in the morning and jumping. it helps me a lot. i have a strenth and try not to eat much. :D
