trouble in starting new discussions

I guess I can still count the discussions which I have started myself. Everyday, I have second-thoughts of starting new discussions. I don't know if my discussions were already posted before. I am thinking that it will be just deleted. Do you also sometimes feel what I feel?

i do not care about it. i just start. if there are lots of responses it is worth to start. if it is not than try to find something new. watch news and discuss them. :) there are lots of headings with it. :)

If there are lots of responses but later it is deleted then everyone who participated will have wasted their time responding.
When we start a new topic for discussion we have a responsability towards others and should do our best to avoid starting a topic which will later be removed.

@victoria I guess it would be better if we'll share our own life experiences. I guess we won't have any worries if there's an exact discussion existing already. I guess many mylotters share about news. It's risky. If you're the second who posted it, yours will get deleted for sure. Even the time interval is only one second. It's better for us to use myLot search engine first before we start. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting. Sorry for the late reply.

Well a lot of times for me when I choose to start a new discussion it will usually depend on what it is going on or if I just come up with a topic I am interested in talking about. It is true that there are a lot of the same type of discussions started here but if you use a different approach and title on something you usually will have no real issues.

yes. most of us have it. i also have this fear. This is known as fear of failure. preparedness to accept negative feed back is helpful. We should not commit mistakes knowingly. But if we fear we cannot make any progress.
Do not hesitate. Whatever ideas comes to your mind make it elaborate and start discussions.

Wow, thanks a lot for responding. Yeah. If we fear, we will not succeed. I guess I have to write anything that comes to my mind. I know different people have differentinterests.
