Do you give your referrals incentive money?

Random question for you all, as I have seen a few people do this now... When you get a referral on some site, do you give them money when they start earning? For example.. on RW, I send all my active referrals $1 in Paypal when they have earned $5. I have paid a few of my referrals $1 through paypal.. and I find that by doing this, my referrals are much more active :)

dear I don't have any referrals but if i did i would send them a little money here and there because it keeps them more active and its just a nice thing to do. What is RW? can you send me a link or something? I have heard of that site though mylot but i have no idea what it is.

RW is Rewarding Ways. It's basically a hub for earning, as you can earn from the site, but then they link themselves to places like SuperSonicAds and Matamony (on their Offer Wall). It's a good place to earn :)

I give my myLot referrals a bonus. If they are active and reach their payout, I return half of the earnings that I received thanks to them. That means that each time they reach $10 (for participation earnings) I give them $1.25.

It is upto everyone's choice. As long as the company itself is providing a handsome referral to the down-line members, I don't think we need to make them extra happy. But it would be really an incentive and we can make stronger the relationships and this tendency will affirm the relationship more intact.

Some of my referrals come from myLot. They seem to go on my profile and sign up. I chat with some of my referrals on other sites too :)

there are a lot of people doing in this way. as what we said it is something like referral cash back, i saw there is a forum where most of the people finding referral will do the same thing, where they reward their referral, so their referral will keep active, since they can earn in two way =)

I wud also do it but i have no referrals till now :( i have just started earning online 2 weeks ago so probably will get some :) But yeah i have a friend who do the same but dont know how much he pays to them
