Hello fellow lotters, My little angel is now a year! We just celebrated her birthday by having a party this past weekend for her. I always love watching the kids with their smash cakes, and seeing them make a mess. I know that as babes they will not remember this party, but it a great memory for me. We do a simple party for our kids 1st birthday and always do a personal smash cake. Do you do anything special for your children 's birthdays?

Congratulation on your baby girl's birthday. Although I don't have a kid of my own, but I remember that I was invited to my friend's baby girl's birthday too. We all celebrate for her, and give her a kiss. She was a little angel to my friend indeed. So adorable, and so smart. I hope that I would have my own kid one day, and celebrate birthday with him/her. I can't wait this day to come.

Thank you. It was a great party and to see her make a mess was most enjoyable. I am certain someday you will enjoy your child(ren) when that day comes. It really becomes a fond memory when that day comes. Thank you for responding.

Birthday cake - birthday cake for kids
I love birthdays especially those of kids. I love to watch their faces as they see their cake, balloons or gifts. I'm usually the host of the party when my nephews and nieces were having their birthday parties at home. We usually celebrate it at home so everybody can come like some friends and neighbors. We sometimes have party games to keep the occasion lively. I just love the pin the nose game. Wherein every kid will be blindfolded and they will attach the nose of the donkey, bear or whatever animal is on the picture. Everybody has a good laugh if the nose ended up on somewhere else but not on the face. Time passed by so quickly, I missed those parties.

It is so fun to do kids parties because they get so excited with everything. We usually have ours at home but since it was her first and summertime we had it at the park. I love making the cakes and games. It really is wonderful seeing them light up. Thanks for responding.
