Hi there my dear friends,
Well for me the answer is a big sometimes, well when i hit 175lbs i kinda a little bit shied away from working out because i kinda got satisfied a bit and kinda gotten a lot busier at work so it is hard but no worries am still in good shooting range of my weight watch so no issues there but it has been i think over a month since my last really rigorous workout. SO guys don't fall off the wagon like me fight the urge not to work out.

I used to work out almost everyday. Then I got a little lazy, so it became only 4 times a week. Now, I don't work out anymore. I've been too busy with school, with my org, and stuff. I want to workout but there's always no time for it.

If you are a proper trainer and going to the gym a lot you will never be satisfied. It is so simple to pile the weight on yet so simple to put it back on. I have been training for almost 2 years and still going 4 to 5 times a week. I stopped a while back due to funding and cost for gym membership and proteins however back on track again. Within them few years of been out of the gym I noticed I was a tad out of shape and where I was is now going to take some doing to get back to been fully ripped. More and more people I see training are taking the easy option out and let me tell you taking the easy option is not good regardless of the results it reduces your life trust me I seen many people go down the road and stopped and they done more damage in the long run.
Keep at it, eat healthy get the proteins and nutrition's you need to recover and do it all natural. You will feel happy with yourself and be prod...

Thanks for the tip there yeah ive been trying to keep it healthy i eat more healthier foods and more produce the proteins yeah i do get them through food off course , i dont have the budget to get a membership in a gym or buy protein supplements so i just try to eat well and if i can get back to working out i think i'll stick to running and a little upper and lower body workout just something to show around the beach and keep me in healthy status, nothing fancy.

I actually just went to a gym for the first time yesterday lol. I've always occasionally done some cardio and muscle exercises at home but never at a gym. My mom took me with her and i got in for free since it was my first time. The workout was killer and I couldn't make it all the way through because I felt like I was going to pass out. AS hard as it was, I think I might like to try it out again. The thing I don't really like about gyms is that you have to really get motivated to leave your house and actually go to the gym lol.
