Forgot how to start a new discussion!

So many things have happened since I joined myLot and so many changes have occurred in my life leaving me little time for posting or even no access to do so that now that I am back, I could not remember how to start a new discussion. For months I have been dropping in every now and then and responding to the posts of others. I would think of new discussions to start myself and then have a complete brain freexe about where to begin. The saying goes use it or lose it and for me when I have not done something in a while and try to return to doing it, it is often like starting all over again from scratch. How about you?

This is only funny because I am having the same problem with twitter. I have not been able to log in again so I am thinking about opening a new account. I tried to go to the page where they send you the password and after they send the password I open the link and when I open it, it says it has moved! So, I know exactly how you are feeling. Haven't seen you on for awhile so maybe you will have luck starting some discussions. I haven't done any for a while either.

Try scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and see if there is a contact link. There might be a help link in the left margin or upper right corner also. I will email you.

I have been looking for you! After that last discussion we "chatted" with Scheng in I didn't see you pop again. Do you have the same email address? Before you change Twitter handles you should email them for help.

Yes, "use it or lose it" definitely applies to me.
This is true for me, in regard to remembering passwords for particular websites that I don't frequent on a regular basis.
Enjoy Mylotting again and have a good day.

I had to send my computer for service two times within one month and so each time I had to change my passwords, just in case. When you have passwords on many sites it gets to be confusing as to which ones you have already changed.

I did forget where to find the link, but then suddenly I remembered. It's kind of silly really, but at least I figured it out. Thanks for responding.

Practice Makes Perfect!
If you don't practice it, you tend to forget some of the crucial steps into doing it. Of course the site has changed a little bit but not so much how to do write a new discussion.. Still if you've not done something in awhile it's hard to remember how to get started on it.
Of course when you do... I'm sure we'll be seeing more discussions from you now. Do you have regular access to a computer now or is this just a short drop by?

Well, it wasn't regular access to a computer that was the issue. Sometimes life disrupts your activities for you.

Madam:
Yes. because you have not been starting discussions regularly you find it odd or difficult. Any work not done say for a period of a month or so will appear to be a big one when we have to re do it.
You can start discussion on interesting places you have seen recently, interesting film you saw, interesting personality you met, any new happening in your family, office, city, town etc.

I appreciate your understanding. At my previous job I could not get the so-called manager to understand that if I am shown how to do something, and then do not get asked to perform that task for 6 months, it is like starting over again.
