Interesting. In real life or even on most social sites people doesn't like strangers. What gives Mylot this special essence? The rules? Or people are simply a bit more polite here?
I always get so friendly replies from people I don't even know. And they ready to answer my questions and read my replies.

To get the best out of the time that we spend here on myLot, teamwork is necessary. Someone starts an interesting topic for discussion, which is within the Guidelines, and then everyone else can get involved in it.
We welcome new users as they (usually) bring a breath of fresh air with new topics for discussion therefore of course we are friendly to them. If we were not then myLot would be no fun and many would not have stayed on, surely?

If you stay on for longer you will learn to appreciate the fact that there are Guidelines. If there were none then myLot would not be here after more than six years as it would have gone the same way as many other sites that started up without them.
If you want to share your blog posts with others then post links in your profile. We can use our profile for almost anything and we can even use the profile URL and promote it outside myLot - for no extra cost either!
If you are just looking for a place to promote your links then you are not in the right place.

Hi, i too love MyLot, not only the politeness but the topics posted are very interesting too. There is alot of information that i can get here at MyLot and i probably will put in more hours here at MyLot.

There are very good interest groups, I found many about online money making too. I like to check other peoples experiences about this topic.

There are always people on here chatting away about lots of different things and there is never a dull moment.I love this site and there are always people on here, day as well as night.I love to get on here for a bit of chill time.I have never found people being nasty on here, unlike other sites that there are.

Hello! Welcome to mylot! Most of us don't bite, or at least not hard! I kid. But remember the more we respond and talk and interact, the more we all earn. If we are rude or mean to each other then no one would want to talk to us and we wouldn't earn as much, or have as many opportunities to earn by posting. I think that what starts us off eager to talk, but what keeps us talking is the fact that, I think, most of us here are pretty cool and opinionated.

csabaholcz, remember the saying "What you reap is what you sow". I have observed that most people who joined social sites are trying to be friendly and considerate. Like myself, I always put it in my head that I am interacting with people of different nationality and culture so I am trying to be polite so that other people would also treat us the same.

Of course we are. We are happy to get paid, and we get very familiar and fall in love in this site :) It is also the right thing to be friendly and help others. Remeber this.
