I love going swimming!

aww. So you like going for swimming but you don't know how to swim.. I myself get cramps on my leg when I try swimming. My granny had taught me to swim. she is excellent swimmer. I was lucky that my parents made sure that my siblings and myself knew how to swim from an early time in my life. With that said, for adults that don't know how to swim, I would think that the best thing that they can do is to enroll in adult swim lessons. It is possible to learn to swim at any point in a person's life, but the techniques of teaching an adult to swim are a lot different than the techniques that are used to teach a child how to swim.

Hey there! I have the same problem as you!!! I really wanna learn how to swim because I love swimming also.. I'm not sure if I can't learn how or I just don't really try hard enough.. I haven't gone to the beach or pool in a long time.. :(

i also like to swim, i can swim in class 3 of elementary school after learned by father and then i follow the swimming club. indeed according to most others, swimming is rather difficult to learn when people became adult, but many of my friends were finally able to swim as an adult. maybe you can start to learn to swim using float or follow a swimming course in your where its has some easy methode of swimming for an adult.
