Help on PAYPAL transaction from ipanel online?

Hi recently I have reedemed points from ipanel online site.. Now i got 5$ in my paypal account..I have successfully verified my bank account in paypal...Now what i want to do for getting that money to my bank account from paypal, there is one option in that transaction telling ISSUE REFUND. what is that mean I am from India please some one who used paypal and got money from this site means please help me since this is the first time i am receiving payment from paypal.. By the way in ipanel online site my exchange status is given as REVIEW/Approve what is that means.. Thanks if anyone helps me

Don't issue a refund as that would send the funds back to Ipanel. What you need to do is withdraw the funds to your bank account. I believe the transaction will take a few days so don't stress. I might be wrong but in India your transactions are sent to your bank every few days.

congrats on your payment
well you don't have to do anything. In India Paypal automatically transfer our earning to our bank account. This process would start within 1 or 2 days so don't worry 
I am not a member of ipanel so can't say much but approve mean that they have send you payment successfully i guess

Hi aswath_10, congratulations on your first pay out. Now you have nothing to do to get the money in your bank account.Paypal will send the money to your bank account themselves.The reserve bank of India and paypal have reached such an agreement.The problem of this facility is that money cannot keep in the paypal account. This will create problem to pay online while buying some thing.

congrats for the payment, i am also a member in ipanelonline, but didnt reach the payout yet.
its very slow, i thought they wont pay, but after seeing your comment , i am sure they will pay
