What do you think are the best characteristics of an employer?

In my opinion, an employer must have many special characteristics. First of all, he must have creative ideas and know when, and where, and how to apply them. of course, he must have the nerve to go ahead with his plans against difficult markets. He must cultivate customers, because success largely depends upon human relationships. If he/she has solid with his business partners, he may be able to make up for temporary financial straits.

I think the ideal characteristic of being a good employer is that; he must be a person who works harder compared to his employees, he's good in planning and organizing, he's a person who always sees the positive side and make negative things as inspiration to grow. He's a person who never knew the word "surrender" and lastly he must be the person who brought encouragement to his employees and not discouragement.
