People have different priorities in getting jobs. Some put their emphasis on making more money, others want job security, promotion opportunities, work they are comfortable with. As for me, i want a job that is a good source of income, nice work place, and of course nice co-workers.

Here's an article that I found in the net about being happy in your career. Some person already have the high salary and high position in the company but still feel incomplete. That's because he is not considering his priority in life. Confucius said "Find a job that you love and you will never work in your entire life" that's because you will consider a job that you love as a normal part of your everyday life and not as work anymore. With the job that you love you will be excited to wake up every morning to face challenges and you are not treating it as a pressure for you.

For me my priority is my family and I'm lucky to have a job that help me with this priority.

My main priority is to get a job that I enjoy doing, no matter how well the job pays if you dont enjoy it you arent going to want to go in everyday and get your work done. Me, I enjoy working in shops with the public, so I opened my own shop. Means I can be my own boss and I can do the job I love!!
