My Blackberry 8900 curve trackpad , the black ball got lost. Any substitutes?

My Blackberry 8900 lost the small ball that allows you to scroll up,down,left and right. I'm really having a hard time and I cant go to most of my applications and can't even turn off my bluetooth because I can't scroll. Anyone knows how to fix this? Any substitutes or do I have to buy a whole case or just the scroll pad? Thanks so much for your replys.
