Resolving Negative Balance in Paypal?

Hello friends, i am from India and old user of mylot, Although its my first post here but i am in very frustrating situation since my paypal account got blocked last month due to some negative balance was there (-14.11USD) and that time i couldn't managed to pay for it so now the problem is i cannot login into my paypal to pay the amount. so that i contacted to paypal team and they replied that "I have to send check, cashier check or money order in their address" I am from India (as i said) and this is first time when i am facing such a sh*t problem and without paypal for me there is no work no business no money. i want to resolve this issue... I humble request you to all of you friends specially anyone who is from india here... have you faced any problem like this? can i send check to them in "dollars"? how can i? any idea? which bank will provide me checks in dollar currency? my paypal was verified so i dont want to create another one...i want back that account only.. so kindly suggest me and help me i will be grateful to all of you.. Thanks
