cant sleep!

hello mylot readers,i cant sleep until dawn last night,because i drink o herbal coffee, do you experience this also?or maybe i am having in insomnia last night.
if you experience like this,what did you do to in order to sleep well?

I don't drink coffee so I really don't know. I am young and I think coffee is too bitter. Although I do drink tea sometimes, becouse I think thats better than coffee, just my opinion though.

I experienced this before. If it is only the first time that you tasted that kind of coffee then it is only normal. It is like our body is not used to it. But coffee effects depends upon the body of an individual. There are people who does not feel the effects of coffee and there are also who is suffering from it. What i did before is i waited until i fell asleep. The feeling is like my body is tired and wants to sleep but my mind cant. I did watched television or surf the net until my mind gives up

Before I was experiencing to have a nervous breakdown,I do like to smell the aroma of
coffee I used to drink,yet now I do not like even its aroma.I think you are a hyper kind of person that is why coffee makes you alert all the time cause by the caffeine
reaction to your system.Now,do do ever drink coffee again as it could make you alert all the time,so are the chocolates and tea.The only drink good for you is milk and natural fruit juices and never the ones in bottles and tetra packs.Now,in order for you to sleep well,try to relax yourself and just inhale and exhale for 5 minutes and try to press all your finger tips and hold it close for 2 minutes,then relax and you would notice you are relax and suddenly went to sleep well.Try it and you could notice the big difference.

I think the effect of coffee or caffeine varies from different people. Like for me even if I drink coffee before I go to bed I can still sleep well. But most of my friends are getting a hard time when they do that. Maybe because I am a coffee lover and they don't...

This happened to me a couple of times, when I drank coffee just before bedtime. But I usually get to sleep after an hour or so. I don't know if what happened to you is already an onset of insomnia and it just so happened that you just had coffee. Well, we are all different in our genetic makeup so what's keeping you up might keep the rest of us drowsy or sleepy.

For me, this effect of coffee is not true. even I drink a lot of coffee, I can still sleep with ease.
